What this site is
Fertility Treatment Guide helps couples who are trying to conceive work out what to do next: whether it's time to get tested, what the tests involve, which kind of care fits your situation, and what's actually known about costs. Every page speaks to both of you, because testing and decisions involve both of you.
The Care Path Check is the heart of it. Three questions, and you get one honest next step with the reasons and sources behind it.
What it isn't
We're not a clinic, a telehealth provider or a store. We don't diagnose, prescribe, recommend treatment for an individual, or answer personal medical questions. We never promise a pregnancy, because no one honestly can.

Publisher and author
Kaden Coziar is an independent researcher and publisher of consumer decision guides. He researches and writes Fertility Treatment Guide through Kozi Publishing LLC in Orem, Utah. He is not a physician, nurse, embryologist or fertility counselor.
The honesty rules we work by
- Every medical fact comes from a named medical body: the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), or MedlinePlus from the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
- Every fact about a program comes from that provider's own official pages.
- Each fact carries the date we checked it. If we couldn't verify something, we say it's unknown rather than guess.
- When we repeat what a provider says about itself, such as a doctor's credentials or a rating, we say it's the provider's claim.
- We never invent prices, success rates, reviews, credentials or personal stories.
The methodology explains exactly how we check and date facts.
What we cover
Right now the guide covers when to ask for a fertility evaluation, the common first tests for both partners, and three ways to get started: your OB/GYN, an at-home program for couples, and a fertility clinic workup. It doesn't rank clinics, report success rates, or tell you which treatment to choose. Those decisions belong with a licensed clinician who knows your history.
How we make money
Some providers may pay us a referral commission when you start a program through a link on this site. You pay nothing extra. Commission never changes what the Care Path Check recommends, which options we show, or the order we show them in. The affiliate disclosure shows the current status of every program, and the editorial policy explains how we keep money out of our recommendations.
