Everything on Fertility Treatment Guide is general education about fertility care options. It isn't medical advice, and using the site doesn't create a doctor–patient relationship with anyone. Don't delay or skip care because of something you read here.

The Care Path Check

The Care Path Check shows how published guidance from medical bodies, and each program's own stated eligibility, apply to the answers you give. Its results are educational scenarios. They're never a diagnosis, a treatment plan, a prediction or a guarantee of pregnancy.

Information about providers

We describe programs using their own official pages, and we show the date we checked each fact. Providers can change their programs, prices and eligibility at any time, so confirm the details with the provider before you start. We don't provide medical care, and we aren't responsible for any provider's services. Your relationship with a provider is between you and them.

Links and commissions

Some links go to other sites we don't control. Some providers may pay us a referral commission when you start a program through our links, as explained in our affiliate disclosure. You pay nothing extra.

Accuracy

We work to keep every fact accurate and current, and we correct mistakes when we find them. We can't promise every detail is complete or current at the moment you read it. To the extent the law allows, Kozi Publishing LLC isn't liable for decisions made on the basis of this site.
