Your privacy, in plain words
We collect very little. Your Care Path Check answers stay in your browser; when you finish, we count only that a check was completed, with the journey stage you chose and the kind of result. The contact form stores what you send so we can reply. We never record your state, your age or any health details.

The Care Path Check
Your answers are worked out in your browser. They're kept in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab, so you can move between pages without starting over. They're never put in a web address and never sent to analytics.
When you finish a check, our server records that one check was completed, with two labels and nothing else:
- the journey stage you picked: just starting, trying for 6 months or more, or exploring treatment or diagnosed
- the kind of result: start with a doctor, a fertility clinic path, a clinic first, a checkup first, or time to get checked
It never records your age, your state, who the check was for, or any condition you ticked.
What we count
We record a handful of events in our own database so we can tell whether the site helps:
- a click on a provider's link: which provider, where on the page, and which page
- a completed Care Path Check: the two labels above
- a click on one of the homepage's "Where are you right now?" options: which one
- a click on the "Find my next step" bar
- a contact form submission: the reason chosen, not the message
These events carry no name, email address, IP address, cookie or device identifier, so they can't be tied back to you.
The contact form
When you send a message, we store your name, email address, the reason you chose and your message in our database. We use them only to reply, we don't add you to any mailing list, and we delete messages after 24 months.
