How we keep this guide honest
Kaden Coziar is responsible for everything published here. We recheck the facts that change, like prices, eligibility and states served, log every correction, and keep commission out of the Care Path Check and the order we show care options in.

Who is responsible
Kaden Coziar, publisher of Fertility Treatment Guide for Kozi Publishing LLC, is responsible for everything on this site: the research, the wording, the comparisons and the Care Path Check rules.
What we publish
We publish a page only when it's finished and every fact on it can be sourced. No placeholder pages, no "coming soon," no filler.
How often we recheck
- Facts that change, like prices, eligibility, the states a program serves and what it includes: at least once every three months, and straight away when a reader or provider tells us something changed.
- Medical guidance: whenever the medical body updates its page, and at least once a year.
Each fact shows the date it was last checked.
What "last reviewed" means
A page's "last reviewed" date changes only when someone actually rechecks the page's facts against their sources. Fixing a typo or changing the design doesn't change it. Our sitemap uses the same date, so search engines see the same truth you do.
Corrections
When we get something wrong, we fix it, update the checked date, and log it here with the date and what changed.
No corrections have been logged yet.
Money and recommendations
Some providers may pay us a referral commission. Here's how we keep that out of what we tell you:
- The Care Path Check's rules don't know which providers pay us.
- Care options are shown in journey order (your OB/GYN, then an at-home program, then a fertility clinic), never by commission.
- A provider that pays gets the same Plain-Terms Sheet as one that doesn't: no softer wording, no hidden exclusions, no better position.
- Options that suit you stay visible whether or not they pay us. Your OB/GYN and a fertility clinic pay us nothing, and they're described with the same care.
- Links that may earn us money are marked right beside them, and they go straight to the provider.
The health rule
Everything here is educational. It isn't medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and no program or treatment can guarantee a pregnancy. Please make care decisions with a licensed clinician.
The compassion rule
People come here on hard days: after a negative test, a loss, a hard appointment. So nothing on this site implies a pregnancy is coming, counts anything down, celebrates early, or treats you as a lead. That's why you won't see babies, bumps, pregnancy tests or ultrasound images here.
Images
We use only original illustration, or images we have the rights to use. We don't use providers' photos, logos or press badges.
