Independent fertility guidance for couples. Some links may earn us a commission.

How we make money, plainly

Some providers may pay us a referral commission when you start a program through a link on this site. You pay nothing extra, and it never changes what we recommend or the order we show options in. Below is the current status of every program, straight from our partner registry.

How it works

When a provider runs a referral program, it can give us a tracked link. If you follow that link and start the program, the provider may pay us a fee. The provider pays it, not you, so you pay nothing extra.

Not enrolled

We haven't joined this provider's referral program. Our links to it are ordinary links, and we earn nothing from them.

Checked October 27, 2026

Gala Health's program for Gala Fertility comes first. We'll add other programs only once they approve us, and a program shows as active here only once its referral program actually has.

  • When a partnership is active, its link carries a short note right beside it saying we may earn a commission. It's also marked as sponsored for search engines.
  • Until then, the link is an ordinary link to the provider's own page.
  • We link straight to the provider. We don't hide links behind redirects.

What commission never changes

  • The Care Path Check. Its rules don't know who pays us.
  • The order of options. It follows the journey: your OB/GYN, then an at-home program, then a fertility clinic.
  • What a Plain-Terms Sheet says. A paying provider gets no softer wording and no hidden exclusions.
  • Whether an option appears. Options that suit you stay visible even when they pay us nothing.

Why we tell you this

The US Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides say that when there's a connection between a publisher and a company that people wouldn't expect, and it could affect how they weigh a recommendation, it should be disclosed clearly and conspicuously. The FTC also says a disclosure hidden behind a link is easy to miss. That's why our note sits next to the link itself, not just on this page. Mostly, though, you deserve to know.
